    @Stoned Launch NTR then afterwards press X+Y to bring up NTR menu and enable debugger. Then hold Left on the D-pad while launching the game. The screen will flash different colors and stay on the Nintendo 3DS screen. Then connect using NTR Helper and it should work. TY @Shiny_Sylveon
