    Nah,eshop works even if you are banned.You can use friends list or any game with multiplayer mode to check the status.

    Actually in JP console it says 送信する for yes and 送信しない for no.

    Disabled it as soon as i got the console,the console was on sys ver 11.0 .I disabled it before updating and after accepting terms,and it is currently set to "off",not banned(yet).

    DSiware is for 11.4 only,it requires not only a legitimate DSiware game but also another 3DS.If your 3DS system is on 11.3 or lower,just follow the guide (3ds.guide) to find an entry point and install B9S.

    Most N3DS on the market have system version lower than 11.4.For N2DSXL,I think they possibly will have 11.5 or something like that. Installing B9S on a 3DS with system version 11.3 or lower is way easier than 11.4 and more quickly than installing A9LH,usually it will only take 10 minutes or less...

    Hacking Gateway 3ds update/black screen problem

    Unfortunately GW does not support system version 11.4 now.That is why you can't boot GW EmuNAND through MSET(the settings app). There are ways to fix it,but I don't own a GW card so I can't provide precise instructions,sorry for that.
