Hacking Rxtools to ARM9 but with new sdcard
Hi! My brother just bought a secondhand 2ds 9.2. The seller claims that the 2ds was modded before with rxtools however the sd card used for the mod was lost. Is it possible to convert this rxtools to the new cfw arm9 with a fresh sd card? How? Is it safe?- waysure
