    OHHHH! I'm running homebrew on my 3ds. Sorry! EDIT: I'm trying to decrypt my .cia file. I think the tutorial is saying to go on HBL and run Decrypt9, but it justs takes me back to the HBL screen. Is there a PC HBL?
