Not sure if I increased the graphical quality or not, but right off the bat after copying the valve/ folder to the switch I overwrote it with the contents of the valve_hd/ folder. I assume this affected the quality of the modles, sounds, and sprites, but I haven't compared. It works perfectly so...
Dipped out of switch hacking just after we got linux working, left it untouched at 3.0.0. Where do I look to find the most up-to-date info? I know Atmosphere's not finished, but people are basically beta testing it.
Summary: Kate used one of SciresM's bugs to demo a fault in the Pixel C, reporting it straight up with no bug bounty involved. The bug she used, she had already theorized about before SciresM discovered it, so he can't take all the credit.
She apologized to SciresM in a DM, but he ignored her...
To run linux you have to follow F0's Linux guide. To enter regular RCM, you can use a paperclip to bridge pins 9 and 10 on the right rail of the Switch.
What they don't want you to know is that if you solder pins 8, 9, and 10 together, it enables the BootFreeDevMode, allowing free downloads...
This could potentially be useful for pausing applications while they're running:

Using the debugger, he has the option to "break" or pause the game and "go" to continue. If there's a way to implement that, I think it would be pretty cool
You obviously haven't seen TwitchPlaysDarkSouls. Some journalists say Breath of the Wild is the Dark Souls of Zelda games, so this type of system would be perfect for Twitch.
Sure. You just have to break a certain skydiving child molester out of prison.
Lotta drama in this thread. Imo nothing except the master keys matter in terms of leaks. Pirates are gonna pirate, for a long time it won't impact sales or developers.
If I was Ninty I'd be more worried about WHY...
Has anyone looked into the possibility of transferring files (Homebrews, Pictures, etc.) Between 3ds systems?
I don't mean a System Transfer, just file sharing.
Maybe when we get root access. At the moment we haven't even completely dumped the current OS, so figuring out how to flash a new one could take some time. Though I'd be curious to see if you could sideload android from the SD card rather than overwrite the switch's entire OS.
I've seen a few people say the Switch's OS is similar to the 3ds, so C++ would work.
On the other hand people say you could just sideload Android OS and just run anything.
Thoughts?
I feel like school, back when I was actually in school, was more entertaining though, because of how much I get to interact with people, hang out with friends, and other stuff like that. All I get to talk to at work is my boring coworkers lol
