But different devices (or better said: different operating systems/processing architectures) handle reading/writing processes different, one option can have an advantage over another option. For sure I'll follow the guide for setting up my 3DS. Way easier than trying to figure out something myself/or use any not trustworthy guides. But things like preparing the sd card - I would like to use the best possible solution. That's why I try to figure out (ask) what's better - to use 32k...- bender

Thank you for the quick reply. So obviously 32k cluster size should/will work. I was just wondering, what the consens for the large sd cards is ... When I was checking about sd card size, 64k cluster was recommended (for 64Gb+). Does anybody know, if it makes a difference - 32k vs 64k ...- bender
