Hacking Arm11.bin from github just completely freezes, pressing select does nothing...?
Hello, having the exact same issue as OP. The link for the SafeA9LHInstaller on the guide was dead so I just went to the github manually and downloaded it. There was no arm11.bin file in the zip and as a noob I didn't realize it. Will try to new link munchy_cool has posted.- ChewieFlakes

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
