26000 is too much for mh4u that make fake speed, try with around 14000 look the % no the fps because the frameskip they are showing only the frame in screen for example 15/30 the other 15 is skipping frames for second for more speed
but of course there are fakes speed by set exagerate "ticks"...
Wops ticks in Monster Hunter 3U is 40000 and not 50000(cause overall fake speed and exagerate frameskip) but if you have a decent CPU you will set with 35000-36000 for a balance of frameskip/smooth movement
Some tests with addsticks customizable option from valentin in a low-end pc (if i can handle these games then you too xD)
Monster Hunter 3U: MASSIVE speed up set ticks 50000+ from 20% to 100%+ ingame speed (valentin you are the man)

this "frameskip thing" is so a dirty hack (nice one valentin by customizable option) xD

I just retest MH4U the build 12_12_2017 by @drwhojan which don't have FMV hack and the game runs at sadly 10fps is too heavy this game Dx
i better keep in 30_12_2017 with the strage frameskip/FMV thing xD
