Hacking Looking for a reliable downgrading service
So recently I've been looking around for a downgrading service and I can't seem to find any reliable people that could do it for a fair amount. I even swapped out a 2ds for a 3ds but it's still on 11.0 sadly. I saw an older thread in this section of someone asking the same thing and it went well...- SqueakerHF
