ROM Hack Does DLC just not work with Luma Game patching?
I can only access it if I turn off the patch. I tried dumping my DLC to if it would work on a different 3DS. While I got the DLC on a second system to work, it would stop working when game patching was enabled. Can’t access the add-on store either (again, unless I disable game patching). Is...- Tales_of_101

ROM Hack Can't access DLC stores in-game with game patching (Mainly for Persona Q/Q2)
I wanted to use a patch for Persona Q and Q2 to bypass the 6 character limit in the game. I got the patch to work just fine but I'm unable to access the DLC store with the patch on. Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
