    depending, you can take a look at pksmn's sort options, plus it gives you an option to apply multiple sort options, i think species is just nat dex number, i mostly used pkhex or pksmn to sort my boxes for me, cuz i was always find it annoying to move pokemon from one slot and having to shift...
