    Homebrew 2.2 3DS impossible to launch the OTP via browser

    Good evening, when I try to run the OTP via the browser load the page then appears black on white "arm11.bin loading" and nothing happens, the menu does not appear ... I have a 3DS 2.2.0-4E of old versions. Thank you for your answers and your help :)
