    Every trainer besides programs that edit the save file work over tcp (most with codehandler) so every trainer needs internet the BOTW Trainer always needed Internet

    Well i found last time i was on gbatemp an initdata.bin editor and there you can change stuff like dmg,who owns the wep, etc or you can use an save editor if you want to edit the weapons you already have

    Start HBL then launch the latest TCP Gecko with the codehandler then start botw (be sure you are at the latest vers) and then connect with the trainer done. if any other problems happens explain it lul
