    Not from me, as I don't know any. as far as I know, any PSTV should ship with 3.60- as it has been discontinued. And the Borderlands bundle too. Although anything from amazon should be OK with their return policy.

    The chances of any hack coming for 3.60+ are so little that I wouldn't bother to wait for it. If you want to use homebrew/CFW, you probably want to return it for a 3.60 console. Kind wishes.

    As to my knowledge, this app is completely optional, I don't think I have it installed. To use it you need to be logged into a PSN account, this is why I personally don't use it. Kind wishes.

    Interesting, I have not seen any signs of 11.6 homebrew entry points involving swapdoodle. Anyways, as I don't know your goal with homebrew, you might want to check out https://3ds.guide/ To install a CFW, which in my opinion is the most valuable 3ds hack.
