Tutorial NAND Dumping 2DS/3DS/3DS XL/N3DS/N3DS XL!

You can connect the other DATS but it's not recommended, you get faster transfer speed but it's more risky, you shouldn't do it. And no you can't really solder on paper as it won't stick, it will just stay on the soldering iron. Maybe take apart some old devices and solder on those, or buy some...

Guys do you think tha hardmod is 100% necessary to install homebrews? Is the risk of bricking high? Do you find yourself often restoring a nand backup through the hardmod? Because I accidentally pulled off the DAT0 pad on my 2ds and It seems I can't do the hardmod anymore. Please let me know...

Had the same exact problem as you, turned out to be the little connector at the bottom right of the motherboard that wasn't fitting well. Try connecting it better, take your time because that one is a bit tricky to get in to lock well. That's the display connector by the way. Good luck!

Tutorial NAND Dumping 2DS/3DS/3DS XL/N3DS/N3DS XL!

Hi guys, after trying the mod on my 2ds I ended up ripping the DAT0 pad (I soldered several times because of my computer not detecting the nand, and yes I tried a lot of card readers). Is there any alternative pin to solder? Maybe I can just use Dat1? Thank you!
