If you're interested in other retro systems I can definitely vouch for the Commodore Amiga series of computers back from late 80s to early 90s. Though they were not very popular outside Europe... Eh, lack of SLI is not a big deal since most of my gaming will still be needing Windows. In my case I wouldn't say great given that I'm having those problems I mentioned, but I was actually expecting a little bit more tinkering to get things working.
