    If you only want to change the emunand's region, that would be OK! If you want to change sysnand region, your 3ds would brick.

    I recently changed my TW sysnand to JP emunand and successfully done the A9LH. And then, I flashed back my TW sysnand. I think to change sysnand's region before installing A9LH would be no problem. And I also try to flash the JP 9.2 emunand to sysnand and do themehax, it also works.

    Why don't you just create an region change emunand and upgrade the region change emunand to 9.2, and then flash back to sysnand. I feel that my procedure is safer. Further, can the edited secureinfo_A be flash to sysnand?

    No, I don't have A9LH. I just use O3DS, the sysNAND is 4.4. I use mset to boot to EMUNAND. On youtube, there is a teaching course to change the region of secureinfo_A I extract my O3DS's secureinfo_A and successfully modify it to JPN version secureinfo_A, and then I successfully made the JPN...

    I have an idea, but I am still not to try it. First, My 3DS's region is HK/TW version. I have already made the JPN region EMUNAND. Can I just use decrypt9 to write emunand to sysnand such that my TW/HK 3DS becomes JPN version 3DS ?
