I’m having an issue where the game won’t run if I have the mod in the folder. When I remove the mod, then the game with run. Any ideas? I’m on my steam deck if that matters. I would just prefer not to mod my switch, I don’t want to run into any issues with it getting banned or anything by Nintendo. I’ll just deal with the blurriness using yuzu on the steam deck. Since the other emulator has control issues that don’t work when trying to swap Yokai.- Duckwolf

I have it working with the translation mod, but during gameplay it’s blurry. All the cut scenes and game menu show up clear. it’s only game play that’s blurry. Homebrew Does freeshop still work?
i opened up freeshop today and no matter what game I try to download, it will crash and take me to a black screen and say I have to hold the power button down to restart. It’s been a a couple months since I’ve used it.- Duckwolf

Okay, I copied boot.3dsx to the root of the sd card. There already is a 3ds folder on the root of the sd card that contains luma. Do I just move the the 3ds folder from the starter folder into the 3ds folder that contains the luma3ds folder. UPDATE Never mind, I have it working correctly...- Duckwolf

Okay, I moved the starter folder and boot.3dsx to the root of the sd card, but still at boot up it load homebrew launcher and only shows luma. Should I redownload starter pack?- Duckwolf

Sorry I was giving all the info I know. Homebrew launches at start up of turning on the 3ds. It used cubic ninja which has a digital copy installed on the system. I also have a physical copy. The 3ds firmware is 10.7.0.32u. As for the version of the other stuff, I have no clue. I bought this 3ds...- Duckwolf

So remove the luma dev folder from the root of the sd card? The only stuff I put on the sd card were luma related files. Everything else cakes and homebrew were already on it. Other than updating homebrew I did nothing else to it. So I really have no clue what I'm doing with custom firmware...- Duckwolf

Is it not possible to leave cakes on it? Someone had told me that I should be able to have both cakes and luma and just be able to boot to which one I want. So nothing was deleted and I have no clue how to unlink anything. On the root of the sd card, these are all the luma related things I have...- Duckwolf
