Hey maybe this will help those having issues with their plugins. Here is the version of BootNTR I have on my 2ds it should work. Please note I do not have the updates installed for HWL not sure if that affects the functionality of the cheat plugin or not. Please let me know! -thx- WildcardX_026

Sure I love to help out as much as I can. I wrote these codes for my old 2ds which works fine, I am using the Shadowtrance version of NTR which shows as 3.3 if I'm not mistaken. ROM Hack NTR cheat Plugin for Super Mario 3d Land USA
