Homebrew I dont have the Nintendo 3DS Folder
So I formatted my Nintendo 3ds sd card to FAT32 and that deleted my Nintendo 3DS folder. Do I need that folder to downgrade my 3DS?? (sorry for the noobish question)- Ultanium
