    I have found a solution without restoring nand backup. I have followed the steps in this guide:https://3ds.guide/troubleshooting (DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide) And now everything works fine.

    Sd card is fine. Reinstalled TWLNand side and Twloader. Doesn't work.Looks like it's a problem with TWL firm.=(

    No. It's always stays on black screen(without led) Tried to wait a little bit longer(20 min). Nothing changed.
