ROM Hack Extracting models and textures from 3DS games
I threw together a program with a .Net GUI that can run a batch conversion of a folder of *.tex tiles to *.png files. It can convert all of them except for those in bitmap format 0 or 3, which amounts to about 8 files total if converting the base game. I wasn't able to figure out how to convert...- neitherman
