    Ok how about you just go to that health and safty icon on your 3ds and open it. FBI is probably already there jist the icon change. It'll change back

    auto That's the file. Good luck Also the hs for new 3ds works on any region new 3ds and the hs for old 3ds will only work on the old 3ds models, any region though.

    Weird. Formatting is necessary if there's emunand there as well to prevent some conflicts with the 2 nands. But yea it doesn't hurt to format your system once though especially if you getting bugs

    Probably a bad dump. Just re copy it back to your sd card.. this problem should go away forever after this, because it's like a 1 time bug.
