ive got this once at 10.3, and now when i got 9.2, i tried 4-5 times to run browser hack, before deletd all browser data then restart 3ds, used qr code and manually enter url, and there is always problem with that certificate. Maybe someone got the same problem? Ill post if i find a solution.- d3v
