Yes, this is what happens if you have Luma3DS set up to load from CTRNAND if there's no arm9loaderhax.bin on the SD card - it creates the luma folder on the SD card and pops up the Luma3DS Configuration. Nothing special to see here. Even if you had a hypothetical 'silent' payload in CTRNAND...- Miah_Molkot

Note also that if you have them installed on a hacked 3DS, you can use the latest Decrypt9WIP to extract the installed games from the SD card and package them as CIAs, which might be a bit cleaner/easier than redownloading them from Nintendo.- Miah_Molkot
