Tutorial Simple Guide to Downgrading your 3DS
I have successfully downgraded from V9.9.0.20 n3ds to v9.2.0.20 USA. First attempt via the safesysupdater, it crashed and bring me a black screen. I was able to load back to the home menu however everything was slow and lagging. I deleted the Nintendo system files in the SD card and didn't work...- milkinc23
