    You can add it to the local.db file with sqlitemanager. Unless forking the project on github I don't think we can update it and share it. I'll continue to update my post with added affixes I found.

    No, The editor doesn't allow (yet ?) to set an item as ancient primal. I don't know how to do it, I would gladly provide a savegame with some primal ancient items if it can help adding that functionality.
