    No, it doesn't work. ScanDisk shows a problem "The size of the C:\TIB3P_1.ROM file is being misreported" and won't continue.

    I have the exact same issue! I tried it with the .3dsx and .cia, the .bat and .img are in the same folder. I tried different .img's, including the one from iDOS(checked MD5 hash).
