    Unless you buy a used or refurbished 3ds it wont come on 11.2. You can now downgrade 11.1 and 11.0 without the need of a dsiware game so it probably wont be necessary for you to even transfer your game

    If you have one of the four exploitable dsiware games, you can use fasthax. If not you need a second hacked 3ds with any DSiWare game then from there follow a guide to downgrade yours.
