Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

With 10.6, you're better off buying a 3DS that hasn't been updated yet. Nothing works.

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

The new update (2.6) should fix this problem, Rinne made it optional to have the dspfirm.csc (which is the file you're missing) run at the beginning, so if you can, go ahead and update.

Well, it is in the folder named the same way. That's how it came default.

Rinne, I have to say... Thank you. I finally got this thing working. The new Skyrim theme I have looks beautiful and the sound works perfectly. Keep making brews, m8. You do a hell of a job.:rofl2: EDIT: Trying to use Theme Downloader, keeps giving me Error: [string "?"]:1328: bind error...

Homebrew [RELEASE] NASA - Universal Cia Manager for fw 4.1 - 10.7

As I said in the post I made before the one you quoted, I am very much a noob as far as homebrew, and downgrading, even though it might be the necessary thing to do, not something I want to tackle at this time, cause if I were to perma-brick my 3DS, I'd have to wait awhile before getting a new one.

Homebrew [RELEASE] NASA - Universal Cia Manager for fw 4.1 - 10.7

Well darn, looks like I'm gonna have to wait until someone releases a .cia installer that works on 10.5.

Homebrew [RELEASE] NASA - Universal Cia Manager for fw 4.1 - 10.7

Is there anyway this can work on 10.5 or are you still working that out, cause downgrading seems like too gargantuan of a task for me seeing as I'm a total nub when it comes to homebrew, all I know how to do is import and export saves.

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

Turned it off. Still getting the error. EDIT: When I boot any homebrew I have, it turns off the WiFi. Should it be turning off like that or is there something else going on here?

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

Ok, I've started using menuhax (the absolute latest version aka 2.2) and now when I boot it says invalid socket. Now what?

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

Alright thank you Rinne, I shall try as soon as I get access to a computer with an SD card reader. RE EDIT: I reread your post, and decided I was an idiot.

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

I just downloaded browserhax last week, and it hasn't been updated since then.

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

I cannot thank you enough. As soon as I get access to a computer with an SD card slot, I will start right away. I should mention, the last time I was able to actually use a custom theme was when Tubehax still worked and I used the homedata extdata program. Edit: I just upgraded to 10.5.0-30U...

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

The 327 error is the one where it cannot detect the sound module. And if I have to, yes, I will need major help.

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

I still haven't gotten help for my issue, and I'm getting kinda ticked. I'm running an old American 3DS XL system version 10.3.0.28U running browserhax (spider28hax) to boot Homebrew. I am trying to run CHMM2 2.5 and have dumped the dspfirm.cdc via DSP Firmware Dumper which dumped it into the...

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

That's exactly what I do, I leave it in the 3ds folder and it still doesn't work. How does this thing work?

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

What do you mean "moved" the firmware?

Homebrew [Release] CHMM2 - Custom Home Menu Manager 2

Ok, I did all of that, dumped the .cdc, yet when I run CHMM, it still gives me the error. What am I doing wrong?
