If you obtained the N3DS 9.2.0-20U(Full)_n3DS.zip from the warez site the md5 is different. It has the correct checksum right next to the download though.- Doggo

That happened to me a lot on my o3DS/o3DSXL. Just force power off and try again. It's scary to do that on the sysUpdater app but trust me it will be fine. You can usually tell if it's frozen if part of the text looks eaten. It freezes a lot. Firmware update CIAs are considered warez but...- Doggo
