ok, so I'm trying this right now (new3ds, 10.3.0.28E) and I've followed @AidanLumina guide found in page7 (using SafeSysUpdater). I checked my files succesfully but after pressing Y to downgrade it gave me an error very fast. When you pres A to go back, since the boot.3dsx file is now the...- Nacho

I also do! May try as soon as I get home from work. I tried to downgrade several times this weekend with no success, although I didn't format my 3ds so that may be the reason... BTW, do we know when the firmware update may start rolling out in Europe from Nintendo Servers?- Nacho
