    Allright here's what worked for me N3ds. Installed NVER only in Emunand ---Rebooted to Emunand without a brick Installed FMP via CIA Ran FMP with the settings in the OP I was then able to link my NNID, access the eShop and update my games. Thanks!

    If they had menuhax in Emunand, they would not even be able to boot into emunand to begin with...they just need to delete the theme folder from the extdata folder of their emunand and it will be golden.     I had downgraded from 10.3 and managed to upgrade to 9.5 by deleting the theme folders in the ext folder of the sd as indicated previously. You may want to edit your original post with this solution for us downgraders :P
