    So been playing these legit CIA for awhile now yet still not updated them. Nintendo has no way of banning you for these? i have alot of official games id rather not loose over just updating these roms.

    Dont be disheartened if FBI keeps failing. It takes awhile and many, many tries. Hopefully you get lucky and not waste too much time. Pop as many CIA files as you can/want on your SD card so you can install them when you finally get in.

    1. Works with both tho i advise you to use MenuHax because FBI will fail. A lot.. 2. You boot HANS then play the rom, Simple. 3. None that ive read about. Its extremely safe.

    Can confirm HAS plays out of region games. Got in a really good flow with booting FBI. Got much better success just loading FBI from a clean boot of menuhax then when the screen flashes yellow i just held down the A button. Tried it a few times and worked better than my normal method.

    Nope. They were only offered as a thank you download for early adopters who payed full price before the price drop. They were never pre installed.

    Would it be possible for a homebrew app to somehow turn physical cart games into digital? Somehow Get your unique cart id and use it on a digital version?

    So im guessing nintendo has no idea how to find out were using these CIA's? Im temped to load these on my N3DS and ditch my old XL, tho i have loads of official games and slightly paranoid ill be banned. Going from the N3DS back to the XL was awful. Glad i replaced it.

    Will keep trying. Thanks a lot for the help auto One final question. Realising I may as well just update to 10.3 to access the e-shop, say I install a CIA on my current firm 9.5. Could I still update and the games would be there or would they be gone?

    Yeah. OldXL 9.5 Boot HBL with MenuHax (latest from smea website) Boot FBI (link from OP) Loads and always gets frozen on the screen with Done at the bottom. Tried a fre tricks with loading a app first then quit or putting a cart in/out when it loads. Just seems like I'm having bad luck.
