    I had the same problem with Mario paper, in my case the CIA file was corrupted, had to re-download again and try. You might try to reinstall the CIA again, maybe the installation was corrupted.

    Theres is a 0.1% chance, noone has reported a brick yet. CIA over network? Connect via FTP, transfer the .cia file and then install it with FBI. In thee SD card, it doesnt matter where you want to put it.
