    Maybe when it was rebuilt as a backup the person forgot to package the 3ds download play portion. That's what I think.

    I think it breaks itself along the way. I don't remember but if you don't have menuhax you wouldn't have a way into Decrypt9WIP.

    Never skips steps (only the fasthax/safehax one) and always make backups. auto And make sure you have room in your SD card.

    I think the whole point of fasthax/safehax was for firmware higher than 9.2 to access Decryp9WIP.

    I think that you would only use fasthax/safehax if you were on firmware higher than 9.2. Not too sure though. I never had to do it.
