    Not sure how much this helps, but the 3DS system hasn't had an update in months. When the Switch comes out in March, they're going to probably going to drop 3DS updates altogether. So you're almost home free I think.

    Hello! I may be way out of my noggin by thinking this is possible, but is it possible to use Nintendo's Badge Arcade as an exploit to the Launcher? Maybe it could do what TubeHax did and go to a different server to load the homebrew? Again, I have no idea if this is possible.
