    I have connected it to my PC, fired up TegraRCMGUI and loaded hekate. which ran succesfull on my switch Within hekate i choosed boot OFW, but still the same. I booted back into hekate. Disabled AutoRCM. And then the OFW came back. It was booting with a square and a loading bar, i was too late...

    Yes I played for an hour or so. Im using an SX dongle, so that already loads a payload right ? I tried starting hekate from SX custom payload, which loads but wont let me start OFW. Same. Black screen. Weird thing is, there is a reddit topic which lists my downloaded xci as verified safe....

    It is possible to install CFW without a working BluRay Player, yes. I did this once and then replaced the blu ray drive, You can re-marry the bluray player and ps3 using a custom tool to have it working together again. But your PS3/ Firmware has to support installing an CFW. (Which it does not)

    You still need them. Loadiinee loads the extracted files from a .WUD from your SD Card. To extract the files, you still need the keys.

    Since FAT32 is limited to 32GB Partitions on Windows, I suggest you use exFAT, which is supported on Windows. Exfat supports files bigger then 4GB (if that ever happens) And removes the 32GB size limit
