    Hacking [Release] CPU Clock Configure Plugin for NTR CFW (New3DS Only)

    Could anyone check if DKC runs smoother with this plugin? I guess I've read somewhere that the 3D version runs in 30 fps while the Wii version runs in 60 fps I'm not sure whether this is right or not, but I can notice the difference between the two versions (3DS vs Wii)
