    I have recently removed CFW using GodMode9 but now I can't boot to the HOME Menu. I have tried using L+R+A+D-Pad Up but it doesn't work. No matter what I try to do the screen will just stay black when the 3DS powers on. Its an old 3DS XL with Luma 7.1 and Sys 11.5.0 firmware. Anyone can help...

    i tried to run HackingToolKit.bat, i put the rom name and says "The application was unable to sart correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." Is it an issue from my computer itself or from the program itself. (ctrtool.exe was the app that was unable to launch).

    Yes I did try to scan the QR code and then it notifies me that the website is blocked so therefore I did not install any MSET. My 3DS system version is 4.2.0-9U and I do not live in the US. But it is an American system. So all I want is another website which hopefully will not block me.
