Yeah, I know that the card is where it was bought from. The email stated saying that once the R4 has been received, then a firmware has to be downloaded from there. The link written on there says: www.r4isdhc.com.cn When I go onto that link my anti-virus blocks me from accessing that website.- James Nunn

So my sister bought an R4 recently and wanted my help. Unfortunately, I haven't got a clue as I haven't used one in years. I have a sneaky feeling that the one my sister purchased is a fake one. Anyway, I tried to put a firmware in there but I get an error saying it can't access _dsmenu.dat...- James Nunn
