    This is the tutorial I used. it tells me I need to system update when I try to to go onto the eshop to download youtube. I am 9.9 -26U Please help me, or give possible other methods. I have a gateway flashcard btw

    this may seem like a dumb question, but how do you load your decrypted rom on pk 3ds. i tried moving my romfd and exefs folders on there and i can't seem to do it. was i suppose to do anything to the rom other than decrypting it? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.
