    Cubic ninja was only avaliabe on japan e-shop (AFAIK) it was taken down. If you have a Japan e-shop version then yes you can. Please read the information o the ninjhax site. WHen it is cubic ninja on 9.2 U/E/J or below it will work

    Well a anti-counterfeiting measure that you can circumvent isn't really anti-counterfeiting... (that statement isn't legally valid of course) Well hacking is a technically crime in Germany (and i am pretty sure in America too). And there are still official hacking conferences in both countrys...

    Maybe Organiz3d would work (it has a .3ds file but i have not much experience with it it kept denying me acess to f000000b) Or you just get cubic ninja from somewhere and use it for ninjhax. Otherwise I don't know. Or mabye use this

    It is possible you can. You just need a tool that dumps and rewrites exdata for you (don't know if gateway has something like this i don't own GW) If you have cubic ninja you can use exdata_dump as metioned in the OP (Why should the new 3ds xl exdata be diffenent that the one of the small one...
