Hacking Is it safe to update public header carts?
Just as the title says, if I have a game on my gateway I'm trying out with a public header is it safe to update the cart with the eshop or no? Also, if you get banned is it still possible to access the EShop or will it error you out as well?- plastichat

Hacking Gateway menu sort of loads then disappears 9.2.0 Original 3DS
I've attached a video to better explain what's going on, it's quite slow so feel free to skip ahead. I just got this today and went ahead formatting my SD and downloading the Launcher.DAT and put it on my newly formatted SD card.
