    Nah, I was just pointing out why the QW4012 with 9.2 seemed out of place. Who knows if it will stay like that. These kind of things are never sure things. I am thinking about going back to that toys r us and seeing if they have more from this serial since I got mine earlier and was good.

    There was another with MH version with 9.2 as well. Looks like when they loaded the game 9.2 came with it.

    This thing is a sleeper hit. Who knew a rehash 3ds would sell so well opening day. This is not really a new system after all. Not sure I can fault em with issues with stocking.

    I got 30 days to return if toys R us will take it since the new 3ds has no seal stickers at all. Hope they break it by then. Til then it stays in the box.

    There have been 2 Serials with QW4026 and QW4028 (both red ones so far) that have 9.4 installed on them. Highest posted non 9.4 serial is QW4025, Mine is a QW4000 and is 9.0. Got it today.

    Yeah, like launch US units having very limited 9.0 and 9.2s might cause problems if GW can't get a hold of those units for testing purposes. Who knows how many they brick when testing. >< Time will tell, maybe we will see 9.4-9.5 fw exploits sooner in that case, or maybe we will never see...

    Dude, there is no sticker seal on them. Reformat the system, put it back in the box how it was originally, take that sucker back, and tell em you never opened it! That sucks to see though... nintendo moved super fast this time around. :(
