So I found my psp and want to use it again. I just got a adapter to use micro sd. I put it in and formatted it as prompted. But now I have a issue I don't have the usb cable or a pro duo reader.
Would i be able to take out the micro sd and use a standard sd adapter to transfer files then put...
I would just say BBM or even Devmenu. FBI is also okay but it depends on how comfortable you are using it. If you are using it for day to day use then you should have no issue using FBI as well. But just use BBM and it will be fine.
.3 was the one that was safe before the bricked version was compiled and released. And as it goes, newest is not always the best for the purpose of updating sysnand to 9.2 back then. The sysupdater that is being used and modified for DG is 0.4.2b I think which is what said in the GUI. If you...
And this is why I don't feel bad for those who bricked as they only seen the CFW of downgrading capabilities without considering the risks. And for those who knew they couldn't afford another console if it hard bricked it makes me wonder why would they risk it. And this is coming from someone...
Yes and no is the answer. To someone who will use it a simple format with settings will make the home menu back normal. But behind the scenes if you installed any non-legit stuff the tickets will still have traces of them. But to the everyday user it will make it back stock for gaming purposes.
I was speaking of why devs do not open source all their code like Karl or rxtools. In those cases if they were to open it up for all they are hurting nintendo by not having funds supporting game developers.
As for these legit cias being talked about by some to use it for cash I find that...
I didn't reply to the why of your first question as it was such a easy test for you to do. For a system transfer, you can also test this yourself. But before you do crazy things and start moving it to all other consoles please think more about what nintendo can see on their end. Remember it...
I had actually the opposite effect. Those 4gb cards took more attempts. But using a 32 and 64 gb class 10 made a world of difference. Using the stock palatine files it takes between 1 to 5 attempts at most. Most times it works on 3rd attempt. And once a week it works on 1 attempt. But we...
Like I posted above, Nintendo CAN differentiate as I recalled speaking to them about a legitimate issue months before this was possible. Basically I didn't know my NNID and the supervisor said he can just pull up my serial number. So I gave him that and he was able to do a exception data...
I have not had that issue. I was able to redownload from eshop. I have the source system ready to transfer just got to wait it out for the waiting period. Previous to this I had did it without redownload and it did not work like others mentioned. The target system ended up having it closed...
What part are u on? I tested up to the point before a system transfer and was able to redownload to console. The last step is transfer to another c I n sole on 9.6 but have few days more to wait to see what happens.
You should think more before doing that. I recall calling nintendo one time and they shown everything with just my serial number. I was going to do this for friends consoles but I am thinking of not doing it now for that reason of nintendo seeing why the same games are being transferred from the...
Did you redownload the firmware.bin file if you changed versions of rxtools? Just start from scratch and download the 2.2.2 version and get the firmware bin again.
I am curious to know if you are still testing out the modified files you did to boot it more successfully? I know the last I heard in this thread was your son was not too successful on his console.
This is why I think the redownload will work as it will be tied to your eshop account which will transfer. But others have said it worked which I assumed they didn't go through the hassle of eshop redownload. I decided to start the redownloads this morning and finally had the 4th one finish...
So what if we both did the system format as Nintendo has on their help pages to unlink the NNID. Would that work this way? Or does the source always have to have a NNID?
I want to know your experiences on system transfers. My console has a eshop game on it. My co-worker is planning on selling her console but we agreed to put her 2 eshop games on mine since she is selling it for pretty cheap. Would this work? Or would I lose my eshop game and instead take...
@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
