    I mean GW continue announcing the release is around the corner is for the purpose of letting Nitendo think GW will be sure only supporting emunend 9.4 then give 3DS an update of 9.5 at ease.

    I think maybe GW is waiting the release of official firmware 9.5 or 10.0 from Nitendo, because GW wants to add supporting emunand 9.5 in their new 3.0. If they release 3.0 supporting emunand 9.4, then immdiately Nitendo release update of 9.5, that will be a bad position for gw.
