    I don't know why, but that's how it works. You might want to ask the people that made it. I just know that I tried several times to downgrade without the format and it just would not work. As soon as I formatted, it worked the first time.

    When I did a format, I checked the card to see if everything was erased. Homebrew launcher and everything including the updates folder was present. So all I had to do was reinstall themehax and everything worked from there. I don't know about actual saves, those will probably be lost, along with...

    I just got it to work. So a format is mandatory for it to work the first time. I used julians latest build. Once everything installs you will get a rebooting in 10 seconds...but it wont reboot, so you have to manually do it. It will then work like it should :)

    @julian20, is there any way to find out why it freezes on a n3ds after a successful exploit? I mean it gives me the options to press A Y or B, but nothing happens when I press anything.

    Yeah the latest build just freezes on a n3ds once it passes steps 1-8.

    I am seeing ARM Kernal Exploit at the top and it goes through steps 1-8 until it says success. Although it seems to be frozen each time it says success, pressing Y or B does nothing ;_;

    @julian20 Your release is a bit more stable on the n3ds but I still keep getting failed to get CIA file and I retried 10 times. I guess I just have to keep doing it?

    Hmm, I have formatted it 3 times already. Could they have sent me a bad microsd card? Or maybe it's that external reader...it did fail the first time I tried a format :o
