thanks for the quick response! Is there hope that games will be shipped with the 9.0-9.2 update or will any new games simply come with 9.3? Are we waiting for a miracle to save us?- Noodle26

Hacking List of all Gateway questions (9.2.0-20)
New 3DS owner here, I got myself a gateway card to use on 9.2.0-20 but my package was delayed and literally came a day after Nintendo released their 9.3 update. Now I am stuck at firmware 8 unless I can find a method of manually updating to only 9.2.0-20. Is there any way for me to get onto 9.2...- Noodle26
