Because of this: http://smashboards.com/threads/the-20xx-melee-training-hack-pack-3-02-update-pal-chars-more-alt-stages-costumes-new-debug-menu.351221/
I have no clue how this affects the save files but I don't really mind those myself for Melee at least. Perhaps there's a workaround if it...
Some background from a few pages ago; I couldn't force PAL60 on an NTSC SSBM ISO.
After some inquiry I found out that you can hex-edit the dol.hdr file in the ISO to say GALP instead of GALE. This makes the console read the ISO as a PAL one and everything works wonderfully on Nintendont even...
That's not quite true though since I know it worked with Dios Mios at some point. However if it's impossible with the method that Nintendont is using then that answers my question, so thank you for that.
Because that defaults to NTSC which gives a black and white screen with composite cables on PAL60 TV's that don't accept NTSC signals and gives a black & red screen on RGB-cables.
I'm trying to get NTSC Super Smash Bros. Melee to work when forcing PAL60 but it doesn't work (the screen stays black and the Wii crashes). I updated today and other NTSC ISO's such as Mario Kart: Double Dash work fine with it. Anyone know how to solve the problem or if it's a known issue that's...
I lied I tried it now. It worked great. Hopefully that solves the problem I had with forcing PAL60 out of NTSC as well. Again thank you, it might've sounded obvious but I'm not used to such viral projects and you can't google this stuff :p.
There's only 1 HID setting and that's "Use HID device". It is turned off and always was. Could you verify that it indeed works like a normal gamecube controller by doing the following:
Start up a game where you walk by holding up or similar (Metroid Prime for example)
Unplug the controller
Hold...
Is there a controller.ini for a regular gamecube controller used in the Wii ports which work exactly like it would with a GC? There is an effect I want where you deliberately make the analog part of L/R dead by holding them in while you plug the controller in or reset using X+Y+Start but the...
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
